DIY Colorful, Vibrant, Affirmation Kits | Intentional Art | Everything You Need To Create Your Own Affirmation Cards
I am thrilled to share what I have been working on and creating over the past several years. Affirmations have been such a huge part of my spiritual and self love journey. I started to use affirmations to feel better, to literally talk myself out of a life that no longer resonated in many ways. I used them to raise my vibration intentionally. I began to feel better as I would repeat the affirmations to myself each day believing them as my truth.
I found all different affirmations, some about love, money, business, self love, self empowerment, health… I can keep going. I realized there was something to the words – now I have a deeper realization and understanding that your words create. They are powerful. Think about it : S – P – E – L – L – I – N -G is creating “spells” with words. So – knowing that we are always creating in every moment with our words and thoughts, I have found affirmations to be so very helpful.
They are especially helpful on days when I am deep in my own ish – self sabotaging thoughts, ego going in circles, etc. When I look up and see one of the affirmations – it immediately helps bring me into the present moment with myself, and my thoughts. It is like an anchor when things get rough.
There is much more to my story which I will continue to share over time. I am looking forward to finding my voice via this blog – ( AI Inspired me to find my voice and write in my words without judging myself – A little backstory – I used AI to help create my websites – writing was the thing that was “blocking” me – That was my story, my resistance to seeing the deeper which was I was afraid to share my story. It’s a pretty miraculous and wild one that is for sure. I was afraid of people judging me for a multitude of reasons – ultimately me judging myself. And that’s okay. I can see the clarity within this now.
I am an Aries moon BTW! I can get inspired easily which is part of my magic – however I am consciously working on this. I want to stay focused and complete things – like this blog post sharing my affirmation kits that has been such an incredible birthing. And Phew – They have arrived. Back to the Affirmations – Art helps your soul connect to its essence – it helps your ego connect to your deeper & higher self. This has been my journey with art as I navigated life, deep perceptions of loss, grieving people dead and alive, while still allowing this creativity to guide me. Highest of highs and lowest of lows and darkest of dark places – art was always there and a way for me to safely express what needed expressing on each step of my journey – no matter what it looked like… it was perfect.
